Dusk is a supernatural action/drama story that dynamically blends the sequential art styles of American Comics and Japanese Manga.
As a battered wife, Eve’s only concern was to keep her marriage together. But when she is kidnapped into the sordid supernatural world of vampires and foul magic, Eve finds she doesn’t want to leave. Her mysterious benefactor, the Vampire Lord Ash, wishes her to have a normal life, but Eve chooses to stay in the service of Ash. Dusk is the story about Eve and her challenges living in the darkness.
Editors Note: The Dusk Omnibus follows the story of Eve in 17 stories including: First Time, Route 66, Death of the Old Gods! Every one is a different art, but all written by the man himself, David Doub! Why are we doing this? Because it’s over 20 years of content in one single omnibus just for you!
For 20 years, Dusk has explored the messy underbelly of supernatural lore and the complexities of relationships.
For this campaign we decided to focus on one important factor…the book itself, while we could do variant covers, stickers, and other bells and whistles, our goal is to celebrate the 20 years of David Doub’s hard work and dedication to comics.
In other words…we give you the Omnibus stuffed with THREE volumes of content and if you do the math, it becomes almost 400 pages of vampire goodness!
